Levan Leo Kiknadze began his Real Estate career in 2020 at a brokerage in New York City. Levan gained most of his experience in rentals, closed several deals, then moved onto becoming an independent agent. As an independent agent, he was still helping incoming junior agents with tasks such as phone calls, marketing and closing deals.
Levan became one of the top agents with his previous brokerage and after two years of working with them, made his decision to further grow his business by joining NY Living Solutions at Keller Williams.
Levan is passionate about helping clients find their homes in NYC and building new relationships. As Levan says, he loves that New York is his home, not only because this place is known for its uniqueness, but because this place gives you all the opportunities to become the best version of you. He loves biking, sports, reading, working out and traveling.
