Originally from Chicago, Kevin graduated from Knox College in Galesburg, IL with a BA in American Studies. He also holds a Masters of Public Administration from the Evans School of Governance and Policy at the University of Washington in Seattle. For the past three decades, he worked in public affairs, leading government relations, communications, and stakeholder engagement for governmental entities, elected officials, nonprofits, hospitals and universities. He served on the staffs of two big city mayors and a U.S. Senator, counseled more than 16 candidates for public office, and was an appointee in the administration of the 44th President of the United States.
With much of his career centered in resolving issues, Kevin developed a keen problem-solver mindset, not to mention passion for cities and how to make them great places to live, work and play. He is a strong client advocate, excellent negotiator, and diligent professional with great compassion and vision.
