Ken has chosen real estate as his latest endeavor - to bring all those assets to the table - to assist those selling, buying or investing in dream properties in a smooth, streamlined and efficient manner.
Ken was born and raised on Long Island in Nassau County, specifically, Bethpage, Massapequa and Valley Stream. He went south and schooled at the University of Florida in Gainesville earning a Bachelor of Arts. He then incubated in Washington DC for three years, before moving to the Big Apple in 1980, where he pursued a career in the performing arts.
As a result of these efforts, he has been able to develop excellent social skills as well as communication abilities, as well as learning to juggle plans that involve many moving parts.
For the past 20 years, besides occasionally performing, Ken has built a solid and successful bookkeeping /consulting service primarily servicing the artistic community: high-end interior designers, a major art gallery, fashion photographers and a PR firm.
Ken has lived in NYC many years and has seen many changes. His knowledge of the city is extensive. He also has a great love and appreciation for this great city.
