Joshua moved to New York City for college from the suburbs of Long Island and immediately fell in love with its constant activity and endless amounts of people. A resident of the Lower East Side, he especially enjoys the nightlife and scenery. Now, he is dedicated to helping his clients find the corner of New York that suits them perfectly, too.
With a strong background in service and hospitality, having worked multiple restaurant positions, Joshua is no stranger to the grit and commitment it takes to achieve success on behalf of his clients. Motivated, compassionate, and a true people person, he loves working closely with others and considers his most important priority to be fulfilling his fiduciary duties to his clients with fairness and respect. He approaches every new challenge with patience and optimism, and has the resiliency and know-how to attain the results his clients want, even in New York's fast-paced market.
In his spare time, Joshua enjoys watching and playing soccer. He also likes to listen to music, watch movies and television shows, and stay active by doing cardio, playing basketball, or weight lifting. A travel buff, he makes an effort to visit a new country every year.
