I cannot recommend Jordan enough as a broker. We spent three weeks on our own looking at over priced apartments and dealing with combative brokers that would do nothing and expect their 15% fee. Then we stumbled into Jordan when requesting a tour for a specific building and she just adopted us as clients and made our lives 1000 times easier. She has strong relationships with dozens of apartment building across the city and is able to get priority viewings and deals with all of them. A month off rent, no amenities fees, no broker fee. In one day we toured 6 different apartments and basically had them bidding for our residence. It was crazy. In the end we signed with a gorgeous unit in a luxary building with a half month rent free, the building paying all but a half month of her broker fee, and the building waiving our amenities fees.
