John is professional, knowledgable, and also compromising. Unlike most other brokers, he expresses his opinions about properties in a very non-pushy manner. Going around to see properties with John felt more like hanging out with a friend than being pitched a sale. I cant compliment John Small from the Christie Group enough. We met John thru Rent Hop. We where looking for an apartment in the financial district for our 2 children. We told John what type of apartment we were looking for and our price range. We only had one day to come into the city to secure the apartment since my son was going to be starting school in a few weeks. We spent most of the day looking at multiple properties that John had set up. At the end of the day we secured an apartment that was basically everything we asked for. John was professional, personable and courteous. We felt he had us in his best interest. We highly recommend John and the Christie Group.
