I am a foreigner and new to New York, hence i need to get every requirements the New York Landlord have like credit history/guarantor but jimmy do his best to look for a place for me where requirements is not a problem. Even if i am still in my home country, he updates me continously and accomodates me up until my arrival. I have found an apartment right now that i like besides that it is beautiful, clean and affordable it is also very safe! He process all the way from viewing up until lease signing. He even helps me found great deals for my apartment needs and furnitures. He is very professional, friendly, kind and always goes for what's the best for his client (which is awesome!).
