Jennifer Crouse is originally from sunny Orlando, Florida where she grew up riding roller coasters, crushing volleyballs and winning races on her high school crew team. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University with a degree in Digital Media Production and English Literature. While in college, she studied abroad in Florence, Italy and London, England.
After moving to NYC, she co-owned a film productions supplies company, where she was chief of sales and marketing; their clients ranged from Nike Advertisements to the TV show Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Jennifer also coordinated several film productions for high profile clients including VH1 and Viacom. While identifying locations and negotiating rates for international sets she realized how cross lateral her skills were with real estate, and decided to make a career change.
She brings high energy and savvy negotiation skills to every transaction whether it be for buyers, sellers, or renters. When she isn't finding your next home, she is volunteering for New York Cares or planning her next trip to Europe.
