Filip's real estate journey started more than a decade ago with real estate investments in Stockholm, and later expanding to West Palm Beach, Florida. His love for design, architecture, luxury real estate and NYC influenced him to move his entire life to this city and continue his career in real estate. He specializes in all property types, big and small, from residential to new development and investments, whatever fits his clients' needs.
Born and raised in Stockholm with an Indian heritage, Filip holds a Master's Degree in Business Management and Finance from Stockholm University. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, he was in the tech start-up world as the Head of Business Development for one of the world's largest insurance companies. Filip also capitalizes on four years of experience at top investment banks.
Fluent in Swedish, Hindi and English, Filip loves to travel and visit new countries; but you'll find him in Stockholm during part of the summers. He resides in West Chelsea, enjoys being outdoors, and loves exploring new areas in the city. Filip is also passionate about interior design, anything tech, and crypto currency.
