Becoming a real estate agent has always been Evan's life ambition. After working in the hospitality industry gaining sales and service experience, he pursued his goal, got his real estate license, and today takes great pride in matching his clients with perfect apartments.

Originally from Chatham, NY, a town with a population of about 4000 with only one traffic light, Evan had his sights set on living and working in the greatest city in the world, where today he happily resides. With so many agents and apartments to choose from, he takes pride in his ability to offer attentive, targeted service to each client who relies on his expertise.

This fiduciary agreement is based on several basic principles: obedience, loyalty, disclosure, confidentiality, accountability and reasonable care. I see my first substantive contact with a client as a seed. Once the seed is planted and our relationship strengthens over time, it eventually blossoms into an overarching bond and lasting connection."

Outside of the real estate market, Evan has a deep interest in the stock market as he's been an avid day trader since age 14. He is currently pursuing a Business Administration degree at BMCC, and is a member of G.U.T.S, a survey and information group held by Harvard Medical which helps gather information for the youth to help further modern medicine. For fun, Evan enjoys playing basketball and golf.
