Douglas first worked in real estate in 2008 as a commercial broker, working with, amongst others, large companies like Allianz insurance. In 2012 he continued his career as a broker when he became a franchisee and focused on representing business owners in selling their business interest and property attached to those businesses.

His business philosophy has always been customer-centric and has always gone the extra mile for his customers. As a broker and business owner, he has mastered the skill of listening to his client's needs and being creative in order to meet those needs.
