Renting or buying, finding a place to live in New York City can be a challenge. I try to make it easy and even  have a little fun while we are working together. For me, it starts with being a good listener. I want to know what your needs are, whats important to you, what makes you happy and  what your dream apartment is. Then with honesty and transparency throughout the entire process, we find the ideal apartment together I realize that your time is precious; I wont waste it showing you apartments that do not fit your criteria or your budget. With my finger on the pulse of every available vacancy, I will do whatever it takes to reach our goal.  For me, it doesn't end there. After working overseas for more than 5 years and having no recent U.S credit history, I expected the process of securing an apartment lease in Manhattan would be a nightmare. However, David was able to make the entire process simple, efficient and even enjoyable. First, he showed me multiple apartments in my price range and within the very specific area I had requested. He also helped expedite getting all the necessary paperwork in place for a quick approval by the building. David also made sure the lease signing process went smoothly. David Findel was an absolute pleasure to work with and I could not have asked for a better broker for my first apartment in NYC.
