Born and raised in New York City, David has always marveled at the architectural world that encompassed him. As a child, David would often sketch the NYC skyline for hours dreaming of one day being able to design a building of his own.

David is currently an undergraduate student studying Real Estate Development at New York University. There he researches numerous NYC market trends ensuring that he remains well ahead of the curve. He has a remarkable understanding of the Downtown market as well as his childhood neighborhood on the UES. His areas of expertise include: SoHo, Tribeca, East Village, and the Upper East Side. In his free time, David is an avid reader who loves to play piano and guitar.
