Coming from a career in television production and casting, Carinda Benson has dealt with a range of personalities and preferences, and has learned how best to cater to each. Since college, she has worked on some of the top daytime programs, including Dr. Phil, Judge Judy, Dr. Oz, Steve Harvey, as well as a variety of reality shows. Often in her work, she was able to provide emotional support, give practical advice, and assist people in seeking out legal or medical aid. This is the component of her job she most enjoyed, and part of the reason she is now motivated to help people find their homes for a living.
Having lived in and owned in both Los Angeles and New York, Carinda has experienced the particulars of selling and purchasing. Therefore, she may be able to anticipate any issues that arise, drawing from her own experiences. She can also empathize with the stress of finding a place and moving in such a large and populated city. Coworkers and friends say that Carinda is patient, kind-hearted, straight-forward, and very loyal. She doesn't plan to compromise her genuine personality in her career, and intends on forming lasting relationships with her clients by always keeping their best interests in mind.
Carinda was born in raised in San Diego, California. She lived and worked in LA for several years, and then moved to New York. She's lived in Spanish Harlem, Williamsburg, and now, Sunset Park, Brooklyn. However, she doesn't plan on limiting her business to rentals and sales in just those areas. In her free-time she plays in both soccer and softball co-ed leagues. She also has two Shiba-Inus, which she will happily bring along on any apartment viewing with clients if they so desire.
