Candis Lai

A licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey, Candis transitioned to residential real estate after solidifying her experience in commercial sales. Through her broad experience and analytical, organized, and process-oriented customer service, she is committed to addressing the 'why' behind her clients' long-term needs.
Born in Hong Kong, China, Candis moved to Brooklyn, New York at the age of nine. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration at Brooklyn College and an MBA at Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. After spending several years working in software sales/consulting, Candis considers her transition to real estate in "the greatest city in the world" the best career decision she has ever made.
Candis currently resides in vibrant Midtown East in Manhattan with her fiance, Brent Seberhagen, and adorable Sheltie dog, Charlie. A scuba hobbyist, she speaks Cantonese fluently and some Mandarin.
