As a teenager, Annette Holmgren's parents made her get her hands dirty in their own home renovation. It was there she developed a love, not for physical labor, but for what you can make out of real estate with a little imagination and a lot of hard work. She watched, and helped, as an old, run down, dirty and dingy place became a beautiful, bright and clean new home. She was hooked. Now every time she walked into a home she is tearing down walls in her mind, opening up spaces and decorating.

Annette has spent many years working in the Investment Banking industry. By working in a field with deadline driven tasks, tremendous stress and long hours, Annette was developing a foundation for what it takes to make it in the real estate world.

A Georgia State University Alumni member, Annette has always dreamed of living in New York City and her dream is her passion. She shares her love of New York with each and every person she comes in contact with. As an Upper East Side resident, Annette and her growing family enjoy being involved in their community whether attending a street fair, running a co-ed softball team or raking leaves at Carl Schurz Park. They also enjoy traveling around the world and experiencing different cultures and foods.
