As the owner and property manager of a residential property in the city, and a co-op owner, he sees real estate as a valuable asset that brings not only the comforts of owning a home, but also builds wealth over time.
Prior to real estate, Las worked for many years in wealth management assisting his clients attaining their financial goals and ensuring 'delight' with major purchases at top companies such as: UBS, Mellon Investors Services, MetLife and Barclays Wealth and Investment Management Americas. Most recently, Las served as an independent business consultant. His financial savvy, market knowledge, and sensitivity to a client's needs and goals makes him an excellent advocate for getting those he represents the best value possible.
Originally from Kingston (Jamaica), Las received a B.S. degree in Urban Planning from Georgia State University in Atlanta, and earned his MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in NYC. He is married with two lovely young adult daughters, and has lived in Westchester County for nearly two decades. A few of Las' favorite past times outside of his real estate practice are spending time with his family and volunteering.
