Ayperi had extensive experience in the commercial real estate market while working in executive roles for McDonald's Corporation. In her 25 years there, she was as a Finance Executive, and Director/Head of Development in charge of development/real estate, asset management, expansions, relocations, renewals, construction, remodeling and rebuilds. Her responsibility was to ensure that the company had the best and profitable deals. She then served as the Managing Director of International Operations in one of the leading soda beverage companies in Turkey.
Her transactional and negotiation expertise is invaluable to her residential real estate brokerage clients as well. Other qualities she brings is professionalism, a problem-solver attitude, strategic way of thinking, and analytical skills. Above all is her understanding of the importance of extraordinary service to clients, which involves attention to detail, proactivity, responsiveness, even humor to lighten the stress!
A native of Istanbul, Turkey, Ayperi graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics with a Bachelor's degree. She speaks Turkish and English, and lives in Long Island City with her husband and two sons.
