Prior to graduating from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Fashion Design degree and continuing his education at FIT in New York, Barclay began his real estate career in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. He capably assisted his family in identifying sound residential and commercial investment properties and transformed them from the inside out using his construction abilities.

Living in New York and thriving on the fast paced environment of the City Barclay frequently visits museums and parks, the MET being one of his favorites and explores the wide variety of cuisines Manhattan has to offer. Some hobbies of his are fashion, world travel and art. In addition, to joining a dance study primarily learning swing and salsa dance he is studying Mandarin as a second language.
