DESCRIPTION
June 1 or July 1 move in
Here's a no brainer. Large 1 bedroom apartment on tree lined 12th St between 3rd and 4th Ave with washer/dryer in the building for $2,200. Bedroom can easily fit a King size bed and furniture. Open concept kitchen/living room has enough space for a large couch and dining table and bathroom is big enough to host small parties if you felt so inclined to make it a potty (pun intended) room. This, I promise, will not last long because of size, price, proximity to the F, G and R train (only two and a half blocks away) and all the goodies that Park Slope and Prime Gowanus have to offer including fine restaurants and bars. Take a few minutes walk to Prospect Park and watch the most amazing sunset in Brooklyn. Call or text me now for a peek before it's gone.

was drawn up. Farmers sold their land to the new city of Brooklyn
and row houses were soon built.
Park Slope was slow to develop since the area was hard to get to
in the 1800's. The neighborhood itself didn't see much construction
until the 1840's and 50's. However, Prospect Park was soon in
development in the 1860's and 70's, leading to an…
