Chelsea is a vibrant neighborhood from humble origins located on
the west side of Manhattan between 14th and 34th street. With a ton
of things to do, places to see, and some of the most luxurious
apartments in the city, Chelsea is a neighborhood that's always
looking for the next cool thing to add to the vibe of the area.
Chelsea originally started out as farmland, specifically the

of industries and piers, Chelsea soon became a slightly wealthy
neighborhood. It was even the sight of the new theater district
before…
Chelsea Apartments, 10001 Apartments
The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $5,009. One of the key perks is the building doorman. The building also boasts a fitness center to help residents stay in great shape. The unit interior features hardwood floors. There is a separate dining area for enjoying meals at home. Both cats and dogs are allowed, but as always, double check with the manager about any specific pet concerns you may have. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
