-The room would be unfurnished, with the exception of an air conditioner.
-The apartment otherwise will be fully furnished.
-Full kitchen with full size appliances and dishwasher.
-Was renovated within the past few years.
-5th floor walk up (I am happy to help move you in :))
-Laundromat around the corner.
-4 min walk to C/B and 7 min walk to 1.
-About 20 min to get to midtown.
-10 minutes to Columbia University.
-Quiet street.
-Since the apt is on the top floor it gets lots of natural light.
-Our building is very quiet. We rarely hear our neighbors and since we are on the top floor we don't hear any footsteps.
-Our landlord is great! Our building is kept in good condition.
-1.5 blocks from central park.
-Close to Whole Foods, Rite Aide, TJ Maxx, Sephora, and other major retailers.
-Lots of super yummy places to eat!
-Quiet street.
