NO FEE: This is the home that has the wow factor you wanted! You love to entertain? This is the home for you.
It has the bright and open floor plan you wanted. You spot the door to a private roof deck... YES! OUTDOOR SPACE... And it's BIG! You think to yourself, this is large enough to put a good sized dining table out here....Dinner parties! Friday night cocktail parties! BBQs! The perfect spot to end an evening or to begin a new day.
Then you turn and see it soaring overhead. The Bridge. Wow. This place is you.
Knowing you are literally on the doorstep to Brooklyn Bridge Park, situated on a cobblestone street straight out of the movies, and have landed a great apartment in DUMBO, the most stunningly dramatic neighborhood in all of New York, you feel the satisfaction every time you welcome someone into your home.
The even larger common roof deck is party-ready too and has an even more dramatic view of Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan Bridge, the Williamsburg Bridge and the entire sweep of the city skyline. It's stunning.

Please note: Although I specialize in NO FEE and LOW FEE apartments in some of the city's best neighborhoods, during the high season (April through July) landlords and building management companies vary, week-by-week, whether or not they offer to pay the brokerage fee in part or whole. This is determined by an algorithm of availability.
