(NO FEE) Big home with room to spread out. Right on the water and right next to Brooklyn Bridge Park! 8 subway lines. Spectacular roof deck.
No fee makes this sophisticated home easy to say yes to. Enjoy living right on the water with salt air breezes, the toots of tugboats and cries of seagulls. You wanted an old loft building and this one delivers all the modern finishes you love including in-home laundry, a chef's kitchen (even garbage disposal) and the hefty beams that were so typical of mid-19th-century warehouses.
Allow me to show you not only this wonderful apartment but also any others that fit your needs -- all at one time.

This is determined by an algorithm of availability.
