**BRAND NEW 1 BED HOME OFFICE IN MIDTOWN WEST_HUGE GYM_POOL_BASKETBALL COURT
This luxury building is a breakthrough design by architect Enrique Norten that has recast the New York skyline. In his vision, Norten created a zigzag footprint and a silhouette of cascading green roof terraces that allow for unobstructed views of Clinton Park and the Hudson River. It is a game-changer in its interpretation of twisting glass and steel that reveals itself anew from every angle. This building is the linchpin of the Clinton Park community.
At this luxury building, luxury is in the details. Contemporary custom kitchens and exquisite finishes are hallmarks of every studio, one and two-bedroom home. By day, sunlight spills through the floor-to-ceiling windows that frame sweeping views of midtown and the Hudson River. At nightfall, the play of light and shadows is magical. With its sleek interiors and generous floor plans, every home is a quiet counterpoint to the world?s most vibrant city.
Residents of this luxury building just don?t rent a home. With the extraordinary array of available amenities, they embrace a lifestyle: State-of-the-art wellness center and health club, on-site indoor parking, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, two outdoor decks with green space for sunbathing, bocce and yoga, indoor basketball, barbeque, boxing ring, golf simulator, screening room, volleyball, spa facilities. if you're seeking a good time in Manhattan. A myriad of bars and
restaurants line the streets of 8th, 9th, and 10th avenues while
the streets are adorned with brownstones, apartment complexes and
cute cafes. This once feared neighborhood has become a friendly
place to kick back and have a drink with friends.
Hell's Kitchen started life as several plots of farmland in the
early 1700's. The easy access to the river proved to be perfect for
agricultural pursuits. However, as the city expanded north, more
and more farms were purchased from their owners to make space for
other things, like the construction of New York Hospital in
1911.
The population of the area exploded in the early 1900's. Even
so, the city didn't pay too much attention to the area, which led
to increased poverty and crime. During prohibition, Hell's Kitchen
was the site of several major distilling and rumrunner…
