This is an incredible apartment. I recommend you schedule a viewing as soon as possible. It's a spacious, recently renovated, quiet, doorman, studio and the Upper West Side area is fantastic.

The rental's highlights include large windows, views of the park, south west exposure, and hardwood floors.

The apartment has onsite laundry. There's heat/hot included. The landlord did a nice job with a chandelier.

You might never need it with NYC's vast order-in options, but the apartment's eat-in kitchen was gut renovated and features hardwood flooring, a window, and an open layout. The apartment has a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge, plenty of storage, and an electric range.
