DESCRIPTION
Your private elevator whisks you from the street to the 6th floor of this gorgeous, three-story, 3,900 square foot Tribeca penthouse apartment. You see the dramatic floating staircase, rising a full three stories from a custom koi pond. You admire the wood-burning fireplace dressed in handcrafted field stone, the rich cherry wood floors, mahogany trim, and tall base moldings.

You notice the inviting dining room is finished in same field stone that adorns the fireplace, the chef's kitchen's blonde wood cabinets, granite counter tops, sparkling marble floors, and grade appliances. You pass through French doors onto the terrace, the first of four private outdoor spaces.

Climb the custom staircase to the second level balcony, where you can see the entire living area, and enter two spacious bedrooms with custom walk-in closets, and a full marble bath with a double-basin vanity. There's a 750 square foot deck, perfect for warm weather gatherings, in addition to the second terrace.

The decadent master-suite occupies the entire third level and boasts its own wood burning fireplace faced in a striking deep-veined marble. There's an en-suite marble bath with steam shower and Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in closet for two. Two skylights provide abundant natural light and the third south-facing terrace offers a pleasant way to greet the day.

This fabulous, one-of-a-kind Tribeca penthouse truly is for those who demand the very best. It must be seen to be appreciated. Call today for a private viewing!

These homes would later be recognized as one of NYC's first residential neighborhoods beyond the original colonial boundaries.

By the 1840's, several piers had been built in the area, which encouraged trading ships to land there rather than navigate the more difficult East River. This made industry in the area explode, making it a hub for produce and textile creation. The industry of the area only grew after the construction of the subway and…
