DESCRIPTION
This 2Br is more than meets the eye. Just like the movie Transformers, this apartment is the equivalent of BumbleBee; what seems like a stationwagon of an apartment is actually a Camaro. Those hardwood floors and regular walls you see in the picture can appear to be nothing short of simple, but don't let it deceive you! These simplistic floors and walls will be the foundation of your success.
And by success, I mean by how close are to a Starbucks, train station, AND supermarket. Think about how quick you can get your coffee (the nectar of success) and how fast you will get to school/work. You'll basically be a transformer yourself. Changing from an average joe to the next DJ Khaled of your field. This apartment is the key to your success. And once you've returned from your day of New York hustling and grinding, you can find all your daily necessities at the nearby Fairway Market which has a 4.65/5 rating on Google.
Please feel free to call/text or email me at my normal business hours of 8:00am - Midnight with any questions or to schedule private showings. All clients receive FREE SHORT TERM STORAGE and discounts on moving services.

UPPER EAST SIDE
The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the
Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate
and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still
considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in
recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their
20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the
Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.
With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is
only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only
train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even
better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get.
All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no
longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.
The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as
Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
