One of the last 2 br apartments in EAST VILLAGE. Great light, every bedroom has a window. Very spacious living room and extra dining room including an open kitchen and eating counter. A total of 6 windows and no building blockage make the natural sunlight unbeatable in this apartment.
* NO FEE for the Immidiate move in
* 6th floor walk up, but this beautiful light is worth it
* no sink in the bathroom and no closets (but it has a lot of space for dressers)
