This property  is emblematic of what Brooklyn is about. Where Boerum Hill and Downtown meet, we offer the best of both worlds – featuring modern amenities while contextually woven into the fabric of its surroundings. With an array of restaurants, hi-end retailers, antique shops and transportation all within easy reach.
Tree-lined Brownstone blocks filled with charm are defined by character of its history. Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street – the neighborhoods main corridors – are among the borough's most dynamic. With the subway just outside your door and 13 lines within a few blocks, getting anywhere is easy, but coming home is best.
