DESCRIPTION
You might never need it with the city's myriad restaurant options, but the kitchen was gut renovated and has ceaserstone countertops and an open layout. It's rare in NYC, at this price range, to find a building that's well maintained and leasing up fast. The building is well maintained and leasing up fast, which means it's a great opportunity for you. It's worth noting the building features lighted hallways, security cameras, and a live-in super. "
