Finding an apartment in NYC, historically, is not the most pleasant of tasks.  I would like to change that.
Which is why I have decided to work primarily in the Lower East Side, the neighborhood I live myself.  By being a resident in the LES it allows me to better connect with those I am working with whether they are new to the area or have lived here for years.  

For me, living in the Lower East Side is about what happens outside of my apartment.  I love the neighborhood and the more I am able to share with and learn from others the better.  We are going to be neighbors, might as well get to know each other and have a good time while finding you the right home...right?
