ood neighborhood - 2 blocks to the J line. Next to an elementary school, police station, fire station and church, my girlfriend feels safe walking around the area by herself at night. The windows are well insulated, and you can't hear any outside noise. New building. The bedrooms receive good light during the day, and the smaller one has direct access to the backyard. The yard is huge by NY standards, in the summer we have a table, grill, blow up pool etc. It's sweet. The basement is massive. Currently using it to storage and as an office, also have a projector set up to watch movies and a yoga area. It's almost too big, but I'm sure you'll find a use for it. The downstairs is connected to a shared laundry room which is App operated. Bathrooms look nice. There is a full upstairs, and a spare downstairs.
