The kitchen has tons of cabinet space and full-sized, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Bedroom and front hall have great closet space. Bathroom has new glass walled shower. Unit gets great light, with direct sun in the late afternoon.
The building is putting in a laundry room, which is supposed to be completed in November. Bike racks and storage lockers will be available for rent as well. It's about a block from Prospect Park, a 6 minute walk to the 2/3 at Grand Army Plaza, and an 8 minute walk to the B/Q at 7th Ave.
Qualified applicants must have good credit and an annual salary of at least 40x the monthly rent.
I am breaking my lease because I am being relocated for work, but this will be a brand new lease direct with the landlord. They are offering a 12-month lease at $2,700/month or an 18-month lease at $2,725/month.
