With Citi Bike, LIRR, ferry service, and proximity to airports, every part of the city is within reach.

Beyond your front door, discover a lifestyle unlike any other.

Outdoors, The Backyard?a sprawling 60,000-square-foot landscaped sanctuary?is your secret escape in the heart of New York City. Pool and cabanas for lounging. Pickleball courts for friendly competition. Firepits for cool evenings. BBQ areas for weekend grilling. The dog park for four-legged friends, a running track for fresh-air miles, and the Great Lawn for outdoor movie nights under the stars. Feeling competitive? Life-size chess and ping pong await. Or find your zen on the yoga deck while the kids conquer The Sapling Zone, their very own adventure playground.

Inside, there?s just as much to explore. Shoot hoops on The Arena?s full-size basketball court designed by NBA trainer Chris Brickley, then recharge at the Aquatic Center?indoor pool, hot tub, steam, and sauna included. The Fieldhouse brings together a state-of-the-art fitness center, boxing and mirror studios, plus dedicated Pilates and wellness spaces.

When it?s time to focus, The Commons has you covered: coworking lounges, private work nooks, conference rooms, even a podcast studio. When it?s time to unwind, there?s Bloom & Brew Caf?, the Royal Gala dining room, arcade and screening lounges, and The Gala event space with its terrace.

High above the skyline, the Sky Lounge on the 70th floor offers a fireplace, bar, chef?s kitchen, and a viewing deck with panoramic views in every direction?a stunning setting for unforgettable moments.

From morning laps to rooftop cocktails, The Orchard is urban living, reimagined?a place where you can truly feel at home.

LONG ISLAND CITY

Located right across the East River, you're traveling through Long Island City if you want to get from Manhattan to Queens. Once an industrial neighborhood, the last twenty years have been transformative for this area as it quickly expands its population and artistic culture.

Fun Facts and History of Long Island City

The official coat of arms for LIC depicts the Native Americans, Dutch, and English that once called the area home. LIC was its own city from 1870 until it became part of the Greater City of New York in 1898. Afterwards, LIC earned the distinction of being the First Ward of the Queens Borough. LIC was a bustling commercial and manufacturing hub as various factories opened up in the area.

In 2001, the city changed LIC's classification from commercial to residential. Since then dozens of new luxury apartments have been built here to support the growing population. LIC has become known as an artist haven as many museums, galleries, restaurants, and bars open their doors…
