A collection of three high rise towers combined with a cluster of nine early 19th century designed townhouses create Independence Plaza. The soaring 39 story towers offer dramatic city and Hudson River views as well as an expansive, private outdoor terrace. Various floorplans, including studios, 1, 2, 3 bedroom, and duplex apartments, are all appointed with high-end fixtures and finishes. Many apartments are newly renovated and feature walk-in closets, large balconies, and washer/dryers.

In addition to full-time doormen and updated lobbies, the community boasts a long list of desirable amenities, including a year-round swimming pool, children's playroom, fitness center, and more. The conveniences don't stop there, Independence Plaza offers parking and a grocery store on-site, plus the 1,2,3 subway trains are just steps away. The waterfront location also allows access to the many parks, courts, and open spaces of the Hudson River Greenway. With so much to enjoy, we know you'll find life at Independence Plaza liberating.
