DESCRIPTION
Welcome home to this gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Tribeca! Spacious enough to share....

This apartment features high ceilings, oversized windows to maximize light, and beautiful new hardwood floors. The chef's kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom European cabinets.

The building includes an impressive list of amenities including a 24-hour concierge and doorman, 5,500 SF bi-level landscaped roof deck with views of the city and both rivers, access to a state of the art fitness club, roof top basketball court, resident lounge and screening room, separate billiards and game room, children's play room, laundry on every floor, in-house valet service, and on-site parking if needed.

Tribeca is a hip area known for its old industrial buildings, many now turned into residential loft space. Cobblestone streets are lined with trendy boutiques and restaurants. Historic commercial buildings include the red-brick New York Mercantile Exchange edifice, from 1884. Weekends are quiet, though Washington Market Park and Hudson River Park draw families.
