Roughly 16ft ceiling height, oversized windows, and enough living room space for a dining room table and comfortable seating area creates an inviting environment. We like the modern clean finishes, bathroom, and white kitchen. It's a great find! The mezzanine is very large, and for under 1k would be very nicely converted into a large second bedroom.*Price reflects net effective rent
