Three Bed, Two Bath Home with Terrace
Some homes are built for play. The Billiards Factory Lofts were created from a place built to build playthings. From 1960 to 1981, 363 Prospect Place was the home of the Irving Kaye Company, a famed maker of billiard and game tables. Now, re-envisioned as Prospect Heights' newest luxury rental apartments, these spacious and unique living spaces can be your new home.
Billiard Factory Lofts brings to market a mix of 44 one-of-a-kind studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, all with soaring ceilings, oak hardwood flooring, in-unit washer and dryer, state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems, and much more. Each kitchen features a gray polished Caesarstone countertop along with ceramic tile backsplash, custom millwork cabinetry and a Frigidaire stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Every bathroom is complete with black glass mosaic and latte porcelain walls with porcelain flooring, a custom millwork vanity and medicine cabinet with porcelain vessel sink and polished chrome Santec faucet, and a bathtub with Danze fixtures and shower systems.
Most residences extend beyond their walls with generous outdoor spaces, from private terraces, roof decks and yards to a common interior courtyard and several common roof spaces. Building amenities include a theater room with wet bar for private parties or relaxing, a resident lounge with an original Irving Kaye billiard table, a fitness center with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and yoga room, and bike storage.
With its tree-lined streets of brownstones and its bustling restaurants and cafes, Prospect Heights is a classic, charm-filled Brooklyn neighborhood where you can make a home and make new friends. On your doorstep there's a wealth of cultural attractions-the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, the glorious expanse of Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket (the second largest market in the City), Barclay's Center, and the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). Come experience a part of history and enjoy a living space of your own, giving you a modern place to live and play!

PROSPECT HEIGHTS
Right above Prospect Park, and sandwiched between Park Slope and
Crown Heights, Prospect Heights is home to some of the premiere
entertainment in Brooklyn, while also being a peaceful neighborhood
full of families and fun times.
Part of the original city of Brooklyn, Prospect Heights was an
important part of the agricultural practices and trade routes of
the Dutch colonists who controlled the land in the 1600's. After
the American Revolution, Brooklyn's population began to grow
rapidly, and the land of Prospect Heights was sold to the city in
order to build housing.
The original grid for Prospect Heights was drawn in 1833 and
constructed in 1834, based largely on how the land had been run by
the farmers who settled there. However, Brooklyn decided, as
streets were still being constructed, to lay a new grid all
together in 1839. A deal was struck to keep the streets already
constructed which is why some of the streets in Prospect Heights…
