DESCRIPTION
Henry Hall is the first of its kind - a community and a destination - like the boutique hotel you never want to leave or the members-only club where everyone's welcome.  515 West 38th Street, the site of the former Legacy Recording Studio, is at the epicenter of Hudson Yards - where Henry Hall is redefining luxury for a new generation of New Yorkers.

Make Henry Hall your own personalized gateway to the city. Whether you're looking for a studio or a two-bedroom residence, you'll find the same lifestyle-defining, classic-yet-contemporary style of renowned designer, Ken Fulk. At Henry Hall, each detail has been painstakingly chosen to enrich the lives of residents and visitors alike. Enjoy oversized steel-encased windows and ash hardwood flooring throughout your apartment. Stark white quartz countertops in the kitchen contrast stainless appliances and a Waterworks brass faucet for added flair. Take comfort in a stylish bathroom featuring hexagonal-tiled floors and a streamlined medicine cabinet with integrated vanity lighting.

Activate your new urban lifestyle, where home is the social center of your life, with amenities and programming curated to integrate style, culture, fun and a little bit of attitude into every experience.  Henry Hall is far more than where you'll hang your hat. Take advantage of the VIP Lowdown Lounge and Residents' Parlor, Private Dining, Drawing Room, Library, and Topside Roof Deck designed for watching the sunset over the Hudson. As a resident, you have exclusive access to Henry Hall Concierge for 24-hour service. You'll also have use of the state-of-the-art Training Center, which offers customized fitness programs. Or, if you're not into working out (at least not today), you'll always be able to head down to the Jam Room, pick up a Fender Strat and live out all your Guitar Hero fantasies - unless you're with a group of friends, in which case karaoke might be the better option.

Welcome to Hudson Yards. North of the Meatpacking District and Chelsea, adjacent to Hell's Kitchen, stretching along the High Line and the river, and close to Midtown; an electric atmosphere in which you can work, play and live. A convergence of parks, public space, haute cuisine, shopping, easy access to transportation – did someone say 7 train? - and stunning views of the river and cityscape make it easy to see why the neighborhood is booming... and easy to see why Henry Hall is where you belong.  When people ask you to tell them about Hudson Yards, you'll only need two words: "Henry" and "Hall" – preferably in that order. But context is everything... Downtown food and beverage group, Delicious Hospitality, will offer their latest venture right at your doorstep.

HUDSON YARDS

Nestled between Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea is a newer addition to the Manhattan neighborhood family. Hudson Yards is a development that broke ground in 2012 and has seen major progress within the last few years. It attempts to entice all New Yorkers via residential buildings, art centers, public gardens, and green spaces.

Fun Facts and History of Hudson Yards

Before Hudson Yards, there was The West Side Yard, which is used as a storage space for the trains of the Long Island Rail Road. The plan for mixed-use development was put forth in 2008 and the groundbreaking for 10 Hudson Yards took place in December of 2012.

Since then, eight of the proposed sixteen buildings have been completed, as well as a public green space. The next phase of Hudson Yards construction will finish out the project and is expected to be complete in 2024. Several major…
