A collection of three high rise towers combined with a cluster of nine early 19th century designed townhouses create Independence Plaza. The soaring 39 story towers offer dramatic city and Hudson River views as well as an expansive, private outdoor terrace. Many apartments are newly renovated and feature walk-in closets, large balconies and washer/dryers.
Fulltime doormen and updated lobbies, the community boasts a long list of desirable amenities including a year-round swimming pool, children's playroom, fitness center and more. The conveniences don't stop there, Independence Plaza offers parking and a grocery store on-site plus the 1,2,3 subway trains are just steps away. The waterfront location also allows access to the many parks, courts and open spaces of the Hudson River Greenway.
Happy to show you nearby rentals in other buildings as well. You pay no fee to me.
