This lovely 3 Bedroom home features antique-style wood flooring throughout, a state of the art kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone countertops and sleek hi-gloss cabinetry, providing you with ample storage. Here you will find split bedrooms offering privacy, a master bathroom with European-style glass enclosed stone shower, your own Bosch washer-dryer and all the conveniences of luxury living. This beautiful home is a perfect share option as it provides ample space and comfort for roommates.

Sitting on the boundary of DUMBO's Historic Landmark District, Front Street is a luxury rental building with a design aesthetic that is sensitive to its surroundings, while at the same time offering modern living conveniences. It is a thoughtfully-detailed, brick building with brand new residences boasting modern interiors. Select homes feature private outdoor space and many afford open views framing the Manhattan skyline, East River, Manhattan Bridge, and Downtown Brooklyn.

An antidote to the glass-box approach to new luxury residential development, Front Street is designed to be harmonious with its environment while offering every modern convenience. The building boasts private outdoor spaces and a large communal rooftop terrace featuring panoramic views of Manhattan and the East River. Additional amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, on-site parking, a fitness center, a children's playroom, and bicycle and stroller storage. It is conveniently located just one block from the F train.

DUMBO is a neighborhood with a purpose. In the 19th and early-mid 20th centuries it was a hub of manufacturing and commerce, and in the aftermath of the working Brooklyn waterfront its transformation has been equally decisive and intentional. The cobblestone streets remain, but in the last decade the neighborhood has grown and matured, and the area around Front Street is now a hub for dining, galleries and shopping. DUMBO has become a home for New York's technology sector, as well as artists and start-ups of all genres. New additions include the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, Empire Stores, and Equinox alongside neighborhood staples The River Cafe, Grimaldi's Pizzeria and Forager's Market. Balanced on Brooklyn's history and its future, 181 Front Street represents the spirit of innovation and invention that is classically DUMBO.

Factories began popping up around the mid 1800's and DUMBO became a place of industry for the next few decades. DUMBO was known for innovation as well, especially in 1890 when the cardboard box was invented there. DUMBO would remain largely industrial, even after World War II.
