Everyone is trying to move downtown, and pretty much did. There are some cool spots open still in some nook's and this is one of them! It's very difficult to find anything at this price. This is a nice sized Studio with 1 full bath! There's a separate alcove kitchen with a dishwasher. There's also exposed brick and hardwood floors throughout. The Lower East Side has been home to a lot of famous musicians and known for all of its restaurants and night life. During the day it's on the quieter side, but when the weekend comes it's alive. There are also a lot of vintage shops and places to go and see. You're steps away from the EAST VILLAGE, CHINATOWN, SOHO, NOHO, NOLITA and across from WEST VILLAGE.
