Here's a rare opportunity to get a no-fee apt in today's fiercely competitive market.
This is it. It's a recently renovated, doorman, quiet, spacious, three bedroom plus the Upper East Side neighborhood is lovely. I recommend you schedule a viewing as soon as possible. Units like this don't last.
The unit comes with south exposure, large, sound proof windows, hardwood floors, and views of the skyline. Nice touches add to the apartment's likable character including high ceilings.
There's track and dimmer controlled lighting. In addition to the above, there's heat/hot included and central a/c. The unit has onsite laundry. The rental lets in lots of sun to light up the space even during a cold winter day.
You might never need it with NYC's vast restaurant options, but the eat-in kitchen was recently renovated and comes with granite countertops, a galley layout, and tile flooring. It features a gas range, a dishwasher, plenty of storage, a gas oven, a full-sized refrigerator, and high-end, stainless steel, vented appliances.
The bedroom has good storage, hardwood floors, and a window with a view. It's a spacious bedroom. You should fit a king sized bed.
The recently renovated bathroom has marble finishes, good storage, a soaking tub, a medicine cabinet, and a luxury shower. There's also a window that opens in the bathroom.
The building is leasing up fast, loved by tenants, and well maintained, which means it's a great opportunity for you. Here's a snapshot of the amenities in the building: security cameras, a 24-hour doorman, a live-in super, bike storage, a gym, a roof deck, clean and lighted hallways, a playroom/nursery, onsite parking in a garage, and Verizon FiOS internet.

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the
Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate
and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still
considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in
recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their
20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the
Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.
With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is
only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only
train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even
better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get.
All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no
longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.
The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as
Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
