"This review is for Elliott Garcia. Brokers in NYC can be pushy annoying and try to make you look like you''re awful because you didn''t sign with them! Elliot was the exact opposite! He was super patient and had to wait half hour the first time he showed me an apartment, asked me exactly what I wanted and went on to show me listing he thought I''d like. He showed me only 4 but they were the best 4 anybody else had bothered to show! He''s great to work with, considerate and when it comes to brokers, you will most likely not find anyone nicer!" - Dipali U, November 28, 2016"In the haystack that is New York real estate, it is a breath of fresh air to meet someone who is attentive, enthusiastic, thorough and optimistic about the industry. One such person is Elliott Garcia, he truly is a lucky find and was willing to help me find an apartment in NY City. I truly appreciated his humour, positivity, engagement and professionalism and in the end, he earned the nickname "lucky penny" ... heads or tails you can't go wrong with Elliott's help in your pocket!" - Tamara B. , June 16, 2017

UPPER EAST SIDE
The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the
Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate
and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still
considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in
recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their
20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the
Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.
With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is
only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only
train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even
better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get.
All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no
longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.
The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as
Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
