Welcome home to this comfortable and elegantly designed building in the heart of Lenox Hill.
This is a very special penthouse-like three bedroom residence on a high floor. Your new apartment has triple (south, east and west ) exposures, a dramatic wrap-around terrace with mesmerizing views of the city and the midtown skyline, which is accessible from the living room as well as from the master bedroom. You'll find windows and views in every room. The master bedroom offers ample room for an additional sitting area or boudoir, and the second and third bedroom are oversized. There are ample closets everywhere. All three bedrooms come with ensuite Jerusalem marble baths. You'll enter in to a cozy foyer, with a large entrance closet that opens up into a vast living room, and a corner of windows filled with light, that open unto the wrap terrace and reveal spectacular city views. There is a large dining area, an elegant chef's kitchen, with a wood paneled Subzero fridge, a Viking stainless steel range and microwave, a Bosch dishwasher, Miele Washer/Dryer, bottom cherry wood and top frosted glass cabinets, and granite counter tops. The whole apartment is covered in custom Herringbone pattern wood floors.
This white glove, 24h doorman full service building has been thoroughly renovated, from the lobby to the roof, and the attentive staff is unrivaled. You'll enjoy the convenience of the on-site garage, the gym, the bike room, the laundry room, the common storage room, and the garden. And the best part....you can bring your pets!!
