The Anthem is a luxury residential building designed by renowned architect Costas Kondylis located on East 34th street in Murray Hill. Its location offers convenient access to a number of subway lines, Metro North and multiple East River ferry routes.
Most notably, homes at The Anthem stand out amongst other buildings for their extraordinary closet space, with most featuring at least one walk-in closet in addition to custom double hung closets. There are over 60 individual floorplans including studios, alcove studios, one, two and three bed homes, in layouts that have been thoughtfully designed to accommodate any lifestyle. Many residences also include expansive private terraces. Ceilings reaching as high as 11' ensure living spaces receive plentiful natural sunlight, many with exceptional skyline views.
Apartments all feature a complete suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances with custom cherry finish cabinetry, slate floors and are finished with black granite counter tops. Bathrooms are Crema Marfil marble with fixtures by Grohe and Kohler. Floors are a contemporary oyster grey oak complimented by white woven drum ceiling fixtures by Elements. Many homes also have a built-in sound system, washers and dryers by Bosch, and all three bedroom residences feature true wood burning fireplaces.
The Anthem includes multiple residential amenity areas such as the fully landscaped roof garden and sundeck, an 8,000 sf residents only health club through a partnership with Crunch Fitness, a children's playroom where music and other events are hosted, a conference room, storage spaces, bike storage, on-site parking, concierge service by Cambridge Valet and Cleaners and a tenants lounge where complimentary breakfast and coffee is served on weekday mornings.
