Sun Drenched 2 BEDROOM located in this true pre-war gem is located right off of Park Ave. This building features one of my favorite features from ?old world New York? a manned elevator. An intimate building only 9 stories high with 54 units. There is a cared for landscaped roof deck-it is pet friendly and only a short walk to Central Park. Due to south facing apartments and these units on the south side of the building get tree top views and plenty of sunlight. The wood frame houses across the street dating from the mid 1800?s are only 3 stories high-so you get an abundance of sunshine. An especially charming block, that is quiet and convenient.
BEDROOM- L easily fits a QUEEN set
BEDROOM 2-L easily fits a QUEEN set
LIVING- Easily fits a sectional sofa, coffee table
KITCHEN- Fully equipped, modern kitchen cabinets, tile flooring, Eat-in
BATHROOM- Very easy to maintain, modern, clean, mirrored medicine cabinet.
*The apartments usually undergo extensive renovations every few years or-so each unit I have seen in here has the best of both worlds, pre-war character, think crown molding, pewter sconces and arched doorways. This is then combined with renovated stainless steel kitchens, Shaker cabinets and subway tile in the bathrooms.*

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the
Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate
and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still
considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in
recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their
20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the
Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.
With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is
only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only
train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even
better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get.
All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no
longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.
The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as
Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $5,500. This is a luxury doorman / elevator building. The unit interior features hardwood floors. The person posting the listing did not specify that any pets were allowed. It may be the case that pets are ok and the manager simply has not yet filled out all the details. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
