To view Call/Email/Text Hela 917-5760934Read what people write about me!Hela is amazing. All of the preconceptions I had of NYC agents vanished after I met her. She is prompt, diligent, kind, and good at her job. She sticks with you until you've finished your search and never misrepresents properties or plays with your expectations. I'm very grateful I found her, and I would recommend her a thousand times over to anyone else.Chris K. (Naked Apartment)I can't recommend Hela highly enough. Her hard work made the entire process of renting an apartment painless -- her recommendations were spot on; she only took me to places that both fit my needs and were very nice; and she was knowledgeable, helpful and very straightforward about the pros and cons of the apartments we viewed. When I move in the future, Hela will be the first one I call. I am very grateful to her for all of her help. Eileen C.(Renthop

celebrating the luxury of the city while preserving its
history.
Midtown East, like the rest of Manhattan, was historically
farmland during the early days. Affluent families were drawn to the
region because of its peaceful surroundings and convenient access
to the East River, which made the area ideal for agriculture.
During the 1800's and early 1900's, Midtown East became a
hotspot for industry, welcoming factories, breweries, and
slaughterhouses. With industry came workers, mostly Irish and
German immigrants who contributed to the area with projects such as
the construction of Saint Patrick's Cathedral in 1879.
By the time Grand Central Terminal was built in 1913, the
