DESCRIPTION
I am looking for a second roommate (or couple) for my two bedroom apartment in East Harlem. My apartment is located in beautiful and colorful East Harlem (Spanish Harlem). The apartment is located near the east river. Conveniently located  less than a block away from East River Plaza. The plaza has Costco, Target, Marshall's, Planet Fitness, and other super markets and stores. I am on the top floor of a 4 floor walk up. The building only has 4 apartments (one apartment per floor). I have been one of the longest stayed tenants and want to stay in the area for as long as possible. It's a great neighborhood filled with lovely people, amazing restaurants, and a short subway or bus ride to midtown.

HARLEM

Harlem is enormous. Stretching from the East and Harlem Rivers all the way to the Hudson, Harlem has three micro-neighborhoods that make up this huge area.
